There is nearly no rock-
or metal-fan, who does not owen the 80's records of Iron Maiden.
Albums like "The Number Of The Beast",
"Piece Of Mind", "Powerslave", "Live After Death", "Somewhere In Time"
or "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son" demonstrate how much mutability and
achievement potential this band combines.
Iron Maiden reinvented on every of their albums and released countless
songs wich became hymns and hits of the band or in other words:
evergreens.
By endless touring Iron Maiden playing straight to the hearts of their
fans since 1978. The band still fills enormous stadiums like "Rock In
Rio" in 2002.
Unfortunately the periods between their cd-releases und tours are
getting longer and longer. But since late 2003 there is an alternative
to the original:
The Iron Maiden Tribute babd "Eddie's Revenge" located in
Bielefeld/Germany.
Named ny the seventh member Eddie, "Eddie's Revenge" convince
musically by original interpretations of Iron Maiden songs. With
Markus Brand whose
voice is close to the one of Bruce "Air Raid Siren" Dickinson "Eddie's
Revenge" became in just one year Germany's leading Iron Maiden tribute.
Furthermore the band offers an intoxicating two hour live-performance
containing all trademarks of Iron maiden in their show like the
appearence of
Eddie and the Grim Reaper and one classic will follow the next like "The
Trooper", "Run To The Hills", "Wrathchild", "Fear Of The Dark", "Aces
High",
"Wasted Years", or "Hallowed Be Thy Name".
